It's Official!
Elder Brayden Bradley Mortensen
Brayden got set apart on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 9:00 p.m. We met with President Lew and President Skousen at the Stake Center. Grandma Pam, Grandpa Larry, Grandma Sue, Grandpa Jim and Bishop Estes joined our family for this occassion. When Brayden was set apart as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints, he was promised many great blessings. It was a neat and wonderful experience. Afterwards, we gathered back at our house for dessert. We also sat down together and wrote down the blessings and promises we could remember that were given to Brayden. I know that the list we came up with will be something Brayden can read back over many times and feel of our Heavenly Fathere's love for him.
